Adam Chodos is an attorney and formerly a certified public accountant, serving as the managing member of Chodos & Associates in Boca Raton, Florida. He advises successful families, individuals, and businesses on advanced estate planning, taxation, as well as wealth consulting and asset protection. In addition, he functions as special counsel for a variety of professional firms. Adam Chodos frequently speaks on wealth preservation and recently presented on family governance at the Genrich Family Office Miami Summit and presented on high-net-worth family governance and advanced estate and business planning for the FiCPA Society.

Adam Chodos attended the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, where he graduated with a BA in economics and finance. He also earned a JD from Duke University School of Law, where he was published in various law journals on creditors rights and taxation. He has served as an accountant at Ernst & Young LLP in Stamford, Connecticut, and an attorney at Wood & Brown LLP in New York City. He is a contributing editor to the Family Office Association, the Asia Hedge Fund Association, and the Financial Services Journal.
